If you have had a collision with another vehicle and the other driver is responsible, this is an ICBC basic coverage. Please report this claim directly to ICBC as it will not trigger your extended coverage. If fault is unclear, please report this claim directly to ICBC.

If you have had a collision with another vehicle and you are responsible, confirm your policy effective date and the date of the collision or loss. Find the name of your underwriter on the bottom-right corner of your insurance declarations page, then inform the following:

Receiver Information:

On February 25, 2025, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, granted an order appointing Ernst & Young Inc. (“EY”) as Receiver of all the assets, undertakings and property of Stratford Underwriting Agency Inc.
