During the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the BC Government is allowing insurance brokers to conduct ICBC business, such as vehicle renewals, by phone and email.

Stratford Underwriting Agency is also taking steps to help British Columbia’s driver’s access  the insurance services they need without any in-person contact.

Effective immediately, all Stratford broker partners may conduct the following services by telephone or email:

• Vehicle insurance quotes and new policy issuance
• Midterm policy changes
• Payment by phone
• E-delivery of policy documents
• Cancellations
• Collect signatures electronically (if available in your office)*

*Where electronic signature is not available, please indicate in the “Notes” section of the Sales Portal “due to COVID-19”
